I’m going to an auction tonight. I’ve never been to an auction before so I don’t quite know what to expect. Even more so, its a property auction, and it’s being carried out by the company I work for. Which is why I have to be there, incidently.

At the moment I’m pretty excited about the fact that I may have just done my first letting to a Blue Chip (Triple AAA) covenant. The first one that I will have ever done in 18 months of being in ‘the business’. I moved jobs from a surveyors in Nuneaton to a surveyors in Coventry less than 2 months ago and already I’m on the verge of doing my biggest sale (an 10,000 sq.ft + industrial unit in Nuneaton) and my biggest letting.
