and I’ve got this idea in my head of a simple sort of ‘Splash’ page if you like, real minimal like, Just a graphic or photo, my name and then links to stuff like my tumblr, my flickr, e.t.c.

So i’ve spent today surfing most of the ‘Free Website Builders’ that Google can offer me, I even went back to Freewebs which I used back in the days before Faceparty and Myspace were even around and even that has gone to shit now. Coincidentally, it’s now called Webs instead of Freewebs… but anyway.

I just want this simple splash page that I don’t have to pay $80 a year for, but isn’t plastered in ads, and at least offers me some creativity without tying me down to some bullshit template with stock images in!
