handed in a black and white superpan 400 film (the general photo stuff I brought ages ago?) that I put thru my diana mini, but once again snappy snaps needs a week to sort it out… meh whatever…
I’m feeling like winding down my film usage a bit, it’s costing me a lot of money to get film processed and put on CD, money that I’m finding hard to come by just recently. That and I’m sick  of effectively wasting film in plastic cameras. I want to focus more on using my OM10, and hopefully my Trip 35 if the test roll i’m shooting in it turns out ok.

As it stands, i’ve got a roll of film in my OM10 which is my food project that I have done nothing with for ages :… a roll of redscale XR in my Trip 35 that i’m near the end of, and a roll of black and white 400 120 film in a Diana with the super wide angle lens that i’m borrowing from work.
I’m also shooting a roll of 400 ultramax for the Fujica project on flickr!

Love the Pen and Olympus Trip series.

So that Diana film was a total waste, light leaks (and not in a good way) and stuff out of frame or focus, I guess I fucked up with the whole ‘accounting for parallax error’ which i’ve been able to do with other cameras, but struggle with the Diana for some reason :\ oh well, i’ll have another blast with it. I read that using the 16 mask makes the viewfinder more accurate, but that didn’t work out for me, so maybe i’ll try the 12 viewfinder instead…

so me and johnny went to the book barn this afternoon. we got to the history section and he went ‘oh god, i’ll just leave you here’. we also spent more time than is healthy for two people fully in their twenties hanging around the kids books and making up a story about the cockerels in the yard (the book barn is basically on a farm) plotting to attack us by flying up at the windows and pecking our ankles. legit left there with a new book on the victorians and a new fear of cockerels. also he was surprised at how talkative i was considering last time he saw me hungover, he said i basically didn’t speak for three hours, ha. sociable to my core.

It was short, but albeit fun : ) hahaha. the cockerels Taylor. THE COCKERELS.
