i'm trialing this new thing at work...
…every time somebody is rude or obnoxious to me on the phone, I wait until the conversation is over and before they hang up, I slam the phone down as hard as I can so that when it hits the plastic, the ringing sound will echo down the receiver and into their ear (hopefully). So far, I havn’t got in trouble.
